Shots Are Not Good.

Mia had her 2 month appointment yesterday. She's 10 1/2 lbs and 23 1/4 inches long. Overall she looks like she's doing great. I got a script for the constipation issue and asked about the colic. He said that Enfamil GentleEase won't make any difference. If it's the formula it'd happen all day long and that some babies just get colicky in the evening. Then came the shots. She cried, I cried. It was horrible. I have a hard time even standing with them when they do it. I feel their pain. The nurse asked if I was ok and I said, "no! It's hard." Well all day Friday, she was pretty lethargic and tired. She even went to bed at 9:30 and THAT'S a MIRACLE. She groaned all night sleeping between us. Today has been so hard. She's been running a fever of 102.2, constantly screaming for no reason, sweating, hardly eating, and she has a runny nose. Her legs and butt seem to be sore and touching them makes her scream. It's sad. Hopefully tomorrow she'll be on the mend.

As for the colic UGH Adam had that - he was awful from 6 to 9 every night! All I could do was hold him and pace the halls!
