I got a juror questionnaire from our County Courthouse today. Eeek! I think I may be able to get out of it though with some of the questions.

Number and Age of children: 4. Ages 7, 4, 2, 6 mths
Are you breastfeeding? Maybe I should answer yes!?!? lol
Your Occupation and Employer: Homemaker
Are you related to any law enforcement officer: Yes- Brother in Law
I don't believe the $10 a day and .43 cents a mile is going to cover the cost of 4 kids in daycare!

Jury duty always seems to come at the worst time too. I always get a summons when I have a plane ticket to leave the country on vacation or something.....good luck!
